Networking Infrastructure ca-ns-1: Networking issues update

A fix for the networking issues was implemented, and networking access has returned for 90% of customers who were experiencing issues.

We will be monitoring closely while the services continues to become stable. If you're still experiencing issues with public facing network access on your instances, please email into support@clouda.ca.
