Volumes API CA-BC-1: Update to Volumes API Delays and Stale Tasks

The team has repaired the issue with the Volumes API backend and is currently monitoring the service to ensure continued availability.

Volumes API CA-BC-1: Volumes API Delays and Stale Tasks

The team has identified an issue in the Volumes API infrastructure that is causing some backend API tasks to fail or become queued indefinitely. You may notice that volume snapshots, and volume creation operations become stuck in "creating" state while we work on a fix to this issue.

If you have specific concerns about volumes that you're working with, please email support@clouda.ca, so we can be sure to resolve your specific issue when the service returns to normal.
