ca-bc-1: Accessibility Issue [Follow up]

Our team has determined that a disk driver issue caused a our volume infrastructure to stop responding to both API and IO requests. While working on bringing the infrastructure back up, we replaced all root disks in our volume platform. Upon doing so, we were able to successfully bring the cluster back online. At this time we are continuing to monitor for stability. The team has decided that there is no other immediate action to be taken as the problematic driver is no longer in use.
